The Erasmus+ I-CARE project funding (January 2021 – January 2025) has been completed.
The current activities are now self-financed and managed independently by EURO-FAST AB (Sweden).
Following its completion, EURO-FAST (559547-3934), a new Swedish registered company, has taken responsibility for sustaining, expanding, and applying the project’s outcomes. EURO-FAST works together with academic and non-academic partners to deliver high-quality vocational education, professional training (EduTraining), and consultancy services in the areas of healthcare, sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
It is an outcome of the Erasmus+ projctct activities under Jan. 2021 - Jan. 2025 :

Welcome to
EURO-FAST and I CARE Collaboration & Knowledge Platform & Hub
European collaboration advancing interprofessional education and primary care clinics through digital innovation, university-enterprise partnerships, and lifelong learning in healthcare. It is a shared digital space for learning, innovation, and coordinated action — empowering students, professionals, and institutions to improve healthcare systems and patient safety.

This platform was created in the early phase of the I-CARE project as a strategic digital space to coordinate, implement, and showcase project activities in real time. Euro-Fast Academy is since the end of the project period and Erasmus+ finannace14/1/2025 is resonsible for sustainablity of the self- financed services and actvities including capacity building, in- service training, training course modueles and diplma programs. The main goals are to:

Support interprofessional clinics and innovation centers hosted by universities and healthcare enterprises.

Facilitate training delivery for diploma, in-service, and capacity-building programs.

Host collaborative curricula development involving both academic and enterprise partners.

Provide a knowledge-sharing environment for trainers, students, clinicians, and policymakers.

Enable coaching, mentorship, and community outreach for underserved populations.

Maintain access to deliverables for stakeholders and EU reviewers through structured documentation and updates.

Provide guidlines, evidnce-base research and modles related to best healthcare quality managment and patient safety
Today, the Hub continues to serve as a lasting outcome and legacy platform, sustaining the impact of our work beyond the formal project lifecycle.
At the I-CARE Hub, we bring together universities, healthcare professionals, enterprises, and communities in a dynamic collaboration to reshape primary health care (PHC) in the MENA region. This platform is the digital home of the I-CARE project, serving as a shared ecosystem for clinical education, training, coaching, and innovation.
The EURO-Fast and th project mission is to enhance healthcare equity and quality through interprofessional student-led clinics, advanced digital health training, problem-solving curricula, and sustainable university–enterprise partnerships. From rural outreach to AI-based modules, the I-CARE Hub supports learners, educators, and professionals in delivering smarter, safer, and more responsive PHC services.

Confidentiality First: All patient-related discussions and case materials must be anonymized. No identifiable personal health data should be uploaded or shared.

Respectful Communication: All users must maintain a professional tone, respect differing views, and avoid discriminatory language or behavior.

Evidence-Based Practice: Content shared must be grounded in current scientific evidence and aligned with national and international healthcare standards.

Treatment, Monteroing and Coaching Etiquette: Coaches and mentors are expected to offer constructive guidance. Learners should come prepared and engaged, respecting time and feedback.

Access Rules: Access to certain services (e.g., clinical discussions, coaching sessions) may be role-based (e.g., student, supervisor, clinician). Requests for access are reviewed by platform administrators.

No Emergency Use: The platform can provide conslutncey and guildes by licenced phyisans but it is not designed for emergency patient care. Users needing urgent clinical advice must follow national emergency health protocols.
