The “I CARE” APCI Clinic expected to be opened for 6 months trial period, June-December 2022 from. First three moths only once per week starting from 4 pm each Saturday. Target patient will be approx. 6-12 patients per clinic mainly medical student, physiotherapy , social work and nursing students. Two Shift Supervisors will be assigned to be presented for each shift.

Ideally, four Student Clinicians of each discipline would be present at each shift; in practice, in addition to the recipients, there should be only two to three Social Work and Nursing students at each shift. Two-three patient Liaisons will be present for each shift. One patient Supervisor per discipline should be present.

Client Liaisons is assigned to patients and will be required to attend the clinic when their patient are present, and Clinical Supervisors will be rostered on a case by case basis.
Each month evaluation data will be collected from patients, students, supervisors and other key stakeholders. This data focused on qualitative feedback from patients, learning experiences of students and logistical issues. Adverse events will be reported, discussed treated.

Based on the result of the trail, there will be review, reflection, modification, improvement of processes and then starting from 18/2/2023 the full run of the clinics is started
